Season 6 of “Audibles with Jason Scarborough” rocks on this weekend with episode 6 on our entire network of TV stations across Mississippi.
Episode 6 features former Alabama and NBA star Mo Williams. Williams began his journey as a basketball star at Murrah High School in Jackson, garnering national attention and interest from schools all across the country. Williams eventually decided on Alabama, where he started at point guard his freshman season, leading the Tide to the 2002 regular season SEC title.
Williams was a sought after talent in the NBA, eventually winning an NBA Championship with the Cleveland Cavaliers in 2016 before hanging up the sneakers and picking up the coaching whistle. After stops as an assistant, Williams was then hired as Jackson State men’s basketball head coach, where he is currently building the Tigers into a contender.
