“First of all, I’m very proud of our staff, Dave Emerick in particular, for coordinating the recruiting effort. I thought our coaches hit the ground running, worked really hard, especially with the challenges of not being able to see too many people face to face. In this class, obviously we’re not done yet. That’s by design. A portion of that is by design. I think this is a volatile year and there’s going to be some more quality guys out there. We wanted to have a little bit of flexibility there.”
