On Episode 2 of Season 5, we caught up with Southern Miss Football head coach Will Hall. Hall was going into his first season as head coach the last time we sat down with him, the program was coming off one of the weirdest and most trying times in its history, COVID was finally loosening its grip on college athletics, and Hall was only beginning to lay the foundation for his start in Hattiesburg.
Since that time, the program has improved each year under Hall’s watchful eye, and now the Golden Eagles reside in the “Fun Belt,” the Sun Belt Conference, who shines brighter than the previous conference Southern Miss Athletics was tied to.
