With Peyton Chatagnier back in the lineup and a dominant night on the mound, #3 Ole Miss baseball had few issues with the ULM Warhawks Friday evening, coming away with a 10-1 victory at Swayze Field.

Chatagnier picked up right where he left off and made his way above .500 on the season, going 3-for-4 at the plate along with Kevin Graham and Jacob Gonzalez. Tim Elko went 2-for-4 with 5 RBI, most of which coming from the first Ole Miss grand slam of the season.

After recently being assigned as the Friday starter on the mound, Gunnar Hoglund (2-0) went off in 6 innings of work, striking out 14 of 22 Warhawk batters while only giving up 2 hits and a walk all on 88 pitches. Hoglund’s 14 strikeouts are the most by a Rebel pitcher since Drew Pomeranz fanned 15 twice in 2010. Braden Forsyth and Greer Holston carried Ole Miss the rest of the game out of the bullpen and giving up a combined 2 hits en route to a 7th straight win.
